I've been where you are, sitting on a golden idea like an anxious mother hen... but letting all my "stuff" get in the way, particularly my fear of being seen and judged.
Or - pushing myself to show up before I was authentically ready, which led to my system shutting down (ie. nasty flu!) in an effort to keep me safe.
After doing my own inner work, I've now published two books (one that went to #1 on Amazon!) and launched a platform that's touched hundreds of lives with somatic breathwork, ecstatic dance and poetry.
