Hello There!
I've been where you are, sitting on a golden idea like an anxious mother hen... but letting all my "stuff" get in the way, particularly my fear of being seen and judged.
Or - pushing myself to show up before I was authentically ready, which led to my system shutting down (ie. nasty flu!) in an effort to keep me safe.
After my share of mistakes and a lot of healing, I've now published two books (one that went to #1 on Amazon!) and launched a platform that's touched hundreds of lives with somatic breathwork, ecstatic dance and poetry.
And while I still experience some nerves when putting myself out there, I am safely able to support my body to navigate the waves with more ease.
I want to help you avoid the same pitfalls that kept me circling the runway for years so you can share your gifts and living your legacy without so much struggle, dysregulation and confusion.
