I've been where you are - holding back my talent, my ideas, my voice, my visions, my truth because I was afraid of what others would say or think.
I've lived in invisible cages that sapped my life force, fueled addictions, squelched my creativity, tamed my too muchness and kept me playing small.
Breaking free was scary AF as the risk of rejection and ridicule was high but the cost of constantly living behind bars was even higher.
I had to overcome my fears and thank God I did as I've now generated thousands of dollars from sharing my gifts - selling ebooks + mantra albums, co-facilitating retreats, co-launching a transformational platform and soon my new poetry book (my most vulnerable product to date!).

for your timid cage
trapping your precious note
in a tense, throat shaped vice.

their song barely
a desperate whisper?

was to blow us away
with your breakout solo
in the choir of the uni-verse
